Cantaloupe Ice-Cream Pudding
Ingredients:
- 200g fresh cantaloupes
- 100g icing sugar or castor sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Steps:
- Puree the cantaloupe together with the sugar and the lemon juice. Use a food precessor or blender.
- Whip the cream until it is almost stiff.
- Stir the cantaloupe mixture into the whipped cream.
- Make sure that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the complete mixture into an ice-cream maker and follow the menufacturer's instructions. (Preparation time: approx 10 minutes.)
- Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until firm.
