Cantaloupe Ice-Cream Pudding


Cantaloupe Ice-Cream Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 200g fresh cantaloupes
  • 100g icing sugar or castor sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:
  1. Puree the cantaloupe together with the sugar and the lemon juice. Use a food precessor or blender.
  2. Whip the cream until it is almost stiff.
  3. Stir the cantaloupe mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Make sure that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  5. Transfer the complete mixture into an ice-cream maker and follow the menufacturer's instructions. (Preparation time: approx 10 minutes.)
  6. Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until firm.

Yakult Ice-Cream

Yakult Ice-Cream
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 180 ml yakult
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 ml full cream milk
  • 75 g castor sugar
  • 5 g vanilla sugar
Steps:
  1. Beat the egg yolks, castor sugar and vanilla sugar untill the mixture is light and frothy.
  2. Add the milk and yakult stirring constantly.
  3. Whip the cream until it is almost stiff.

  4. Combine the wihipped cream with the mixture, make sure that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

  6. Transfer the complete mixture into an ice-cream maker and follow the menufacurer's instructions. (preparation time: 40-50 minutes)
