Strawberry sorbet homemade


Ingredients:

  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 170 ml syrup
Make syrup:
  • for 300 ml syrup: 200 ml water and 200 g fine sugar.
  • put the sugar and the water into the pan and stir well.
  • put the pan on low heat while stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
  • skim off any froth that forms on the surface.
  • boil the sugar mixture for approx 1 minute.
  • take the pan off the heat and allow the syrup to cool.




Wash the strawberries.




Puree them together with the lemon juice and the syrup. Make sure that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

25-30 minutes in the Ice cream maker.




Put in the box and put in the freezer 4 hours.
